Terms of service

These terms govern your use of FxDealz.com. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What we provide

FxDealz publishes forex trading signals and, on plans that include it, places those signals on trading accounts you have connected. We are a publisher and software provider. We are not a broker, not an investment adviser and not a money manager, and we never take custody of your funds.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.
• You must give accurate registration details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
• One person per account. Do not share or resell your access.
• Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Connected trading accounts

Connecting a broker account and enabling automated execution is your decision and authorises us to place, modify and close positions on that account according to the signals we publish and the risk limits you configure. You may withdraw that authorisation at any time by disabling automated execution or disconnecting the account.

You remain responsible for your broker relationship, your margin, and every position on your account, including positions opened by automated execution.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. Payment is by cryptocurrency or by bank transfer confirmed by us.
• Access begins when payment is confirmed and runs to the end of the paid period.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not shorten the period you already paid for.
• Because signals are delivered immediately and consumed on receipt, payments are non-refundable except where refund is required by law or where we have failed to deliver the service.
• Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on-chain. We cannot reverse a blockchain transaction, and we are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address or on the wrong network.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, republish or resell our signals, in whole or in part, including to private groups or channels.
• Scrape, mirror or automate access to the service outside the interfaces we provide.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or another user's data.
• Use the service unlawfully or where it is not permitted.

Signals marked shareable may be shared through the sharing feature built into the platform. Everything else is for your use alone.

6. No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or that any signal will be profitable. Market data and third-party services we rely on may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FxDealz is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service — including losses arising from a signal, from automated execution, from a technical failure or from a delay. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time from your settings.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified through the platform or by email before they take effect. Continued use after that point means you accept the revised terms.
